Every order ships within one business day from Naples, FL. Standard delivery is 2–5 days nationwide via UPS Ground with tracking and signature required on orders over $500.

What is your return policy?

14-day no-questions-asked returns on any Vault Certified club. If a club doesn't match its listing or grading, we cover return shipping and refund in full.

How do you verify authenticity?

Every club passes a 12-point inspection including serial verification, weight and spec measurement, head-to-shaft integrity, and forensic hosel review. Counterfeits are refused and never listed.

What do your condition grades mean?

Vault Mint = presents as new; Excellent = light use, no marks; Very Good = normal play wear; Good = honest wear, plays fine; Player = well-used but functional. Photos and notes always disclose exact condition.

How does trade-in work?

Submit photos and specs through our Sell/Trade form. We respond within 24 hours with an offer, provide a prepaid shipping label, and pay via Zelle, PayPal, or store credit (with a 10% bonus).

Can I pick up locally in Southwest Florida?

Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment in Naples for anywhere from Cape Coral to Bonita Springs. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout or in your inquiry.
